This levy replaces the voter-approved 2006 School Programs and Operation Levy. The renewal rate will remain close to its current rate, depending on a home's assessed valuation. For most of our residents, this will mean your local school taxes will be the same as what you are spending currently. In 2011, this tax is projected to be $1.64 per $1,000 assessed valuation.
